To respond to enquiries, give financial advice, prepare lender applications on your instruction, and meet our legal obligations under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and anti-money laundering legislation.
03Who We Share It With
The lender you choose to apply to (Heartland Bank or SBS Bank), your solicitor and the valuer with your consent, Future Matters Limited and NZFSG as licence holders, and service providers that process data on our behalf, including website hosting, form processing (Fluent Forms), email delivery (Postmark) and spam filtering (CleanTalk).
04How Long We Keep It
Seven years from the end of the advice relationship, as required by financial records rules, after which it is securely destroyed.
05Your Rights
